We are a Swedish company and these terms are written to Swedish and EU consumer law. Where anything in our general Terms of Service conflicts with this document, this document governs your enrolment.
You are welcome wherever you live, with two exceptions. We do not sell to consumers resident in the United States or Canada.
If you live in the EEA or the United Kingdom, the rights described in clauses 7, 8 and 9 are yours by law. If you live elsewhere, we give you the same rights anyway, as a matter of contract. Where the law where you live gives you more than this, you keep that too.
If you are buying in the course of a business rather than as a consumer, clauses 7, 8 and 9 do not apply to you, though everything else does.
We offer short self-paced minicourses, longer programmes and courses taught live over several weeks, single live classes booked on their own, and one-to-one sessions bought singly or as a package.
What is included, what it costs, when it begins and how long it runs are set out on the page for the thing you are buying, and repeated in the confirmation email we send you when you enrol. That page and that email form part of your contract alongside these terms. Where the two differ, this document governs.
Where something includes live classes, the days and times are given before you buy.
Where you are buying digital content, a live service, or both together, your rights under Swedish law apply to each part.
Your contract with us comes into existence when we confirm your enrolment by email after payment. That confirmation, together with these terms, is your contract, and we will keep a copy available to you.
Before you buy, we give you the information required by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), including the total price, what is included, and your right of withdrawal.
The price is the one shown at checkout. It includes VAT, so there is nothing added at the end.
Where we offer payment by instalments, the number and the amount of each are shown before you buy. The first is taken at enrolment and the rest on the same day of each following month. Paying by instalments usually comes to a little more in total than paying in full, and where it does we show you both figures before you choose.
If you have chosen instalments, the remaining payments stay due once the period in clause 7 has ended. If a payment fails we will write to you before doing anything else, and access may be paused until it is settled.
Where you have bought a programme or a course, your access does not expire. You may return to the materials, to any class recordings, and to the community that goes with it, for as long as we continue to offer it.
If we ever have to withdraw something, for example because we stop running it, we will give you at least three months' notice beforehand. During that time you can carry on using it exactly as before.
You have fourteen days to change your mind, and you will get all of your money back, with the one exception set out in clause 8.
Under the Distance Contracts Act you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days. We apply it as follows, which is at least as favourable to you as the law requires and in most cases more so.
When the fourteen days run. From the day you enrol.
How to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function on this site at go.yoursfeatured.com/withdrawal, which sends you an automatic acknowledgement, or simply write to hanna@yoursfeatured.com within that period and say that you wish to withdraw. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one. You may use the standard withdrawal form published by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) if you prefer, but you do not have to.
What we refund. Everything you have paid, using the same payment method you used, without unnecessary delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice.
What we do not deduct. For programmes and courses, nothing. The law would allow us to charge a proportionate amount for a service already delivered where you asked for it to begin during the withdrawal period. For programmes and courses we have chosen not to. You will not be charged for weeks you have opened or classes you have attended.
We do not ask you to give up this right. Some sellers of digital content ask the customer to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this ends their right of withdrawal. For programmes and courses we do not, and nothing in these terms should be read as asking you to.
One-to-one sessions and single classes are the exception, and the next clause explains why and how.
A one-to-one session is time spent with you, at a date you choose. A single class is one live class, booked on its own for a particular date. Once either has happened, it cannot be given back.
When you book, you are asked to confirm two things: that you would like the session or class to go ahead on the date you have chosen, and that you understand it is not refundable once it has taken place. Both are recorded with your booking. Swedish and EU law allows the right of withdrawal to end this way for a service fully delivered at the customer's express request, and this clause does no more than that.
A session or single class that has taken place is not refundable. Everything still to come is, in full, up until it begins.
A session or class that falls beyond your fourteen days is unaffected by any of this, because the withdrawal period will already have ended before we meet.
Where you have bought several sessions together and only some have taken place, you may still withdraw within the fourteen days. We keep a proportionate share of the price for the sessions you have had, and refund the rest.
Moving a one-to-one session. You may move a session freely with more than twenty four hours' notice. A session cancelled or moved with less than twenty four hours' notice counts as delivered. If something has happened that neither of us could reasonably have planned for, talk to us, and we will be reasonable in return.
Separately from clause 7, you have rights under Swedish law, including the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260)), if the digital content or the service does not match what was described or does not work as it should.
If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right. Depending on the fault you may be entitled to have it corrected, to a reduction in price, or to cancel and be refunded. These rights are separate from, and additional to, the fourteen days above.
We may occasionally have to move a live class. We will give you as much notice as we can, and where classes are recorded it will be recorded and made available as usual.
If we cancel something before it begins, you get a full refund. If we cancel part way through, you get a refund proportionate to the part not delivered.
If something genuinely outside our control prevents us from delivering, such as serious illness or a failure of the platform we use, we will tell you promptly, agree a new date where that is possible, and refund the part we cannot deliver where it is not.
Where what you have joined includes a live group or a community space, some of what is shared will be personal.
You are free to talk about your own experience with anyone, including publicly. We would be glad if you did.
Please do not share the words, images or personal circumstances of any other member outside the group, and do not record, screenshot or redistribute any part of a live class or anything posted in the community.
Some of what we offer includes a community space, hosted inside our course platform on our behalf.
What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to show it there to the other members, and nothing more. We will not quote you, or use what you have written, anywhere outside the community without asking you first.
It is not watched at every hour. What other members write is theirs and not our guidance, and nothing said there by anyone, including us, is medical advice. Clause 15 applies to the community exactly as it applies to everything else.
We may remove a post, or a member, where clause 17 applies.
If you leave, what you have written stays unless you ask us to remove it, and you can ask at any time.
Your access to the community lasts as long as your access under clause 6.
The materials, including videos, written material and class recordings, belong to Sangha Mitra AB. They are licensed to you personally for your own practice, for as long as clause 6 gives you access.
Please do not share your login, or copy, resell, republish, teach from, or otherwise distribute the materials without our written permission.
Live group classes. These are recorded so that anyone who cannot attend does not miss the week. You are welcome to keep your camera and microphone off throughout, and you will never be asked why. Recordings are shared only with the people enrolled in that programme or course. Where a live class can also be booked on its own, a single class includes the live class but not the recording.
One-to-one sessions are recorded. This is how we work rather than something you choose, so please read this before you book.
There are two reasons. The first is for you. You can watch your session again, and most people take more from the second viewing than the first. The second is for both of us. If there is ever a disagreement about what was said or taught, the recording is an accurate record rather than two differing memories.
Your recording is shared with you and stays available to you for as long as you have access under clause 6. We keep our own copy for ten years from the date of the session, and then delete it. Nobody else sees it.
We will not use your image, your voice or your name from any recording for marketing, for teaching, or for anything beyond the purposes above, unless you have separately agreed in writing, and you may withdraw that agreement at any time. We may use short clips from a live group class to show our teaching, but only where they show Hanna alone, with no participant's face, name or voice.
What we teach has two sides.
The first is physical. White Tiger Qigong, in which Hanna Sahlman is a certified instructor. Alongside it, meditation, breathwork and Face Yoga. All of it builds strength and mobility, in the body and in the muscles of the face.
The second is reflective. Mind-reframing practices such as journalling and guided self-enquiry.
It is not medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or counselling. Hanna Sahlman is a Natural Rejuvenation coach and is not acting as a medical or mental health professional. Nothing we offer is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, whether of the body or of the mind, and none of it is a substitute for professional care.
Please speak to your doctor before starting if you have any condition, injury or concern that physical practice might affect, and stop and seek advice if a practice causes pain.
Please tell us as well. Before you begin, tell us about any injury, condition or concern that might affect your practice, so that we can adapt what we teach you. If anything changes along the way, tell us then too.
Reflective practice can bring things to the surface. If journalling or any other exercise here opens something that feels heavier than you expected, please set it down and talk to someone qualified to help. That is not a failure of any kind.
Work at the level you are at on the day, in body and in mind. Nothing we teach requires you to push into discomfort of either kind, and you may leave out or adapt any practice at any time.
We do not promise any particular result. What we give you is the practices, the guidance and the teaching. What comes of them depends greatly on how consistently you practise and on things neither of us controls.
We want everyone to feel comfortable.
If someone behaves in a way that is abusive, harassing or discriminatory, or that seriously disrupts the experience of others, we may remove them. We will raise it in writing first wherever that is reasonable, and where someone is removed part way through we will refund the proportion not received, unless the behaviour makes that clearly unreasonable.
We are liable for loss caused by our failure to deliver what these terms promise, in accordance with Swedish law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Sangha Mitra AB is the controller of the personal data you give us. We use it to deliver what you have bought, to take payment, and to contact you about it. Our full Privacy Policy is at https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/12402461.
You have the rights given to you by the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
If something goes wrong, please tell us first at hanna@yoursfeatured.com. Most things are quicker to sort that way.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), at arn.se, or to a corresponding alternative dispute resolution body in the country where you live. We undertake to take part in ARN proceedings and to follow the board's recommendation.
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
As a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a Swedish version in future, the English version governs where the two differ.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you enrol, and we will keep a copy available to you.
